When I joined Innovatiana, I knew nothing about data annotation or artificial intelligence. I had only one desire: to find a stable job, which would allow me to have a regular income and to no longer depend on precarious odd jobs. Like many here, I discovered this job on the job, by gradually training myself with the help of the team.

At the beginning, I was focused on simple tasks: annotating images, classifying objects, structuring data. But very quickly, I understood that this work required much more than clicking on boxes. You have to be rigorous, understand the context of projects and learn to respect specific standards. Each annotation counts because it directly influences the quality of the artificial intelligence models we help build. From the start, we know what the purpose of our work is, and that encourages us to surpass ourselves!

Thanks to internal training, I started to develop my skills. Gradually, I learned to manage more complex projects, to supervise newcomers and to perfect my analyses. Today, I have become a supervisor, and my role is to support new hires, to check the quality of the annotations and to optimize our work processes.

This job changed my life. It has given me financial stability that I have never had before. I was able to help my family, start saving money, and most importantly, look forward to the future with more confidence. Data annotation may seem invisible to many, but for us, it's a real springboard!
